60-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
Purchases made through IPCamPower.com include a 60-day return policy (from the date of purchase) for any product you wish to return for a refund. We hope this gives you ample time to test the product and ensure it works for you. If not, no worries, just return it for a full refund. We want you to be happy. Please see the details of our return policy below:
- Product Condition for Returns: We ask that you return the product in its unused, original condition with the original box and packaging. However, we understand that this is not always possible, and we are flexible. If the product looks slightly used or if you threw away the box and instructions, we won't deny your return. We do require that all physical components needed to operate the unit are returned. We cannot accept returns that are damaged by the buyer, including excessive scratches, scuff marks, out-of-the-ordinary wear and tear, modifications, fire, or storm damage, etc.
- Products Purchased Outside of IPCamPower: For any products purchased from another channel or website, please refer to their specific return policy.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs within the 60-day period are the responsibility of the buyer. Please pack the product into the original product box with all contents. Then, place the product box into a shipping box with ample packaging material for safe shipping.
- Bulk Purchases of Single Items: We cannot accept a 60-day return on more than five of any one item in a single order. Given our lenient return policy, if you are considering a bulk purchase, we ask that you buy a test product first to ensure it works for your needs before making a bulk purchase.
- Special Order Items: We cannot accept returns on special order items.
Warranty Policy
We stand behind all of our products. That’s why all IPCamPower products include at least a 1-year or a 3-year warranty. Please refer to the product page for details on your product's specific warranty length.
- Troubleshooting: We won’t put you through extensive and teeth-grinding troubleshooting. However, we may ask you to take a few steps to see if the issue can be resolved without a warranty return. Our goal is to get your product working again as soon as possible, and sometimes simple troubleshooting can avoid a warranty return.
- Return Shipping on Warranty: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for warranty returns if the item is located in the lower 48 United States. IPCamPower is not responsible for return shipping costs for items outside the lower 48 United States. The cost of shipping repaired or replaced products back to the buyer will be covered by IPCamPower regardless of location.
- No Refunds Past 60 Days: Only replacements or repairs can be provided for warranty returns. Refunds are not available for warranty returns unless there is no comparable product to replace the damaged item. In such cases, a refund can be provided.
- Damage Caused by Customer or Unforeseen Events: Warranty repair or replacement covers any defective or malfunctioning aspect of the product incurred during normal use, not caused by improper use or installation. Damage caused by customers or other causes, including power surges, weather-related damage, incorrect wiring, and improper use, is not covered under warranty.
- Turnaround Time: We understand the importance of time. We will promptly provide a return label after basic troubleshooting. Once we receive the product, we will test and ship out the repaired or replaced unit within 1 business day of receiving the defective unit.
- Products Purchased Outside of IPCamPower.Com: The warranty also covers any purchases made from our direct Amazon.Com store. If you purchased the product from another site or company, we ask that you proceed through their warranty process. If you have specific issues, please contact us.
