Return Policy: Purchases made through IPCamPower.Com include a normal 30 day return policy for any product that you wish to return for refund. You have 30 days after you receive the product to return it.
In order to receive a full refund, all products and product boxes must be returned in their original condition with all original contents included. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is not returned in original condition. Any damaged item will not be accepted.
If you are needing to return a product purchased from another channel, please refer to their return policy.
Return Shipping Costs on 30 day returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty Policy:All IPCamPower products include a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted.
Troubleshooting steps may be requested of you before sending the product in for repair or replacement of warranty products.
Return shipping on Warranty’s will be paid for by IPCamPower via a prepaid return label, as long as the item is located in the lower 48 United States. IPCamPower is not responsible for any return shipping of items outside the lower 48 United States. Costs of shipping the repaired or replaced products will be paid for by IPCamPower regardless of location.
Only replacements or repairs can be provided for warranty returns. Refunds cannot be given on warranty returns.
